This app is not worth any thing it does not do anything just lock up would not tell anyone about it

Do waste your money. I guess you had to purchase the portal in order to have good info.. Very disappointed in Strike King for letting this have their name o it.

Freezes up and doesnt work. Do not waist your money!

I bought this app as soon as I saw it because I am a big fan of SKs bang for the buck tackle. I have not gone extremely in depth with it yet, but so far am not impressed. First off to get full functionality u have to pay $30. I would gladly pay 10 for it, but not another 30. Also the ui needs a major overhaul. Things should be organized by lake, not trip. I should be able to see all the lakes I have fished on main screen and then be able to drill down and search for fish caught at certain times of year, water clarity and temperature, depth weather, fish phase etc. then have all my entries for that lake that meet the criteria I entered show up in list and map views. When I catch my second fish of the day, all items like lure and water clarity and so forth shouldnt automatically select what was used on previous fish unless I change them. Lure selection should be much easier. I should be able to remove all the default lures I dont use. Also they should be categorized - Crankbait, spinnerbaits etc. then even subcategories like shallow, medium, deep, square bill, balsa etc. All this should be customizable so lures show up how I want. It would even be great to have a tackle box menu where I can keep track of every lure I own organized by categories I create and even the quantity I own. Even setting alerts to remind me when I am below a certain number of a bait and need to buy more. The tackle box should link in when u catch a fish so u can select square bill Crankbaits and see the ones you own and select the lure from that. Also, get rid of the line rod reel selection. U can only select one for each trip. I might catch 30 different bass on 10 different rod reel line combos in a day. With some relatively easy but major changes, this could easily be 5 stars. Especially when update comes so I can transfer waypoints to and from my hds units, but until these changes are made, I am not impressed with this app that should have been another great SK product. Update: Will be checking back often looking for updates, and when that happens I will gladly change my review. I am a big SK fan, but this app has way too many problems to have the SK name. Feels like a free indie app. SK has the ability to make the best bass logbook ever, but until they make some big changes, this app is not worth .99, much less $35. Hope it is updated soon because I would really love to have the high quality logbook app that an app with the SK name should be.

I am so glad the we are able to store our data online with the online portal. Many a times I have lost damaged my phone and lost the data with it. Thank you strikeking. I think the $29 is good for that purpose alone. In addition I am able to analyze the data and do the trend analysis for long term as my data build over time. I can now predict where my next best catch is going to be. By the way I discovered the great feature of Follow me, that lets me set up my float plan before I go out, in case I do not return my friends will now my whereabouts….Cool! now that is worth something.. However I would want to change the app to provide the rod selection and let us store the baits I carry so I can keep a count. Any way good going Strike King..

This app is junk unless you pay the extra $30+ for the portal! Very dissapointed in you Strike King!

Dont waste your money

Amazing what it can do. Specially the lure selection made it a breeze for me To select from the strikeking entire library. The weather and water data is pretty accurate. I am a better angler!

This tracks everything you need for trends. Quick and complete, a lot of bang for the buck!!! The portal rocks!!!! Use it from a computer and you now have every tool you will ever need!!! Awesome Strike King!!!!

This app contains everything you need to keep a complete fishing log with minimal input. It also has many extras...now lets go fishing!!!

iPhone app is sweet but combined with web portal, its the best there is and I have looked at all of them. Thank you Strike King

Does almost nothing. Looks great, but isolunar from fishing times is much better.

This app. is great, however, it would be even better if the "Catch" page (6) had a comment box to allow specific input on the catch.

I was looking for an all in one app that would capture weather, tide, moon, etc when logging a catch. The database of lures and rod lengths is limited. It has a custom option which doesnt work. Your unable to add your own data for lures or rod length. Well $2 down the drain. If they fix that, I would give it a higher rating.

I dont recommend this app. There are actually no customizations to the app via a setup. This means that what you see is what you get. This includes the inability to add custom notes, or even species of fish not units database. The app also does not cull weather info automatically. You must enter it yourself from some other app/source. Moon data is the same way also.

This app has many good features but is missing a few good ones also. If they added the feature it would be a 5 star app. I would like to be able to add notes to my trip, the "custom" feature to add rigs, rod, and line doesnt work so I cant put in what Im using. Seems like its more for fresh water than salt.
